Personality Summary: Blair is a kindly young canter with good intentions. After losing her parents at a young age, she's always been somewhat insecure about people she loves leaving her. She never used to have any friends due to being very private and withdrawn and meticulously hard to get to know or understand. She's commonly misunderstood as people tend to assume she's one of two personalities- strict and firm or kind and a pushover. The truth is that she's both, and more. Though being in alderly, she's not the usual leader you'd expect a deputy headteacher to be. Instead of leading other to take paths, she's off on a path of her own and is always encouraging her students to try their best to make their own decisions about their paths. She is kind and forgiving when she has sympathy or empathy with a canter, but at the same time she can be a little petty and sharp towards those who disrespect her. She is often described as a contradiction. She is strict and firm with her students despite being only a few years older than some but she still sees them all with motherly care and love in her heart. She is responsible, driven and she is loyal to those she cares and loves. Blair is sometimes insecure about her talents, especially when questioned about being such a young teacher.

- Blair was born into an aristocratic family in huge mansion, her parents passed away leaving her in the care of the nanny and butler. 
- Naturally she supposedly inherits the house and money and family run cafe they owned. 
- In their last letter to her they asked that she do what she thinks is right and honourable for the rest of her life. 
- Years past and she finds she is unusually talented with magic, and wants to pursue it in the future. However, she's torn between running the cafe her parents dedicated much of their lives to or going off to study.
- In the years before she heads of to school, she is told that she will soon be old enough to receive her inheritance. However, suddenly a young female canterwit appears at her door one day, claiming that she is her half sister, and a little over 4 years older. If this were true, this would mean that all of her inheritance; the mansion, the cafe, even most of the money she was to use to afford tuition to a top notch magic school, was to go to her instead.
- In this terrifying time of uncertainty, Blair stayed close to those she had left- particularly her nanny who she consulted on how to go about this. As it turned out, she had hired a lawyer to try and take it into court and claim the property as hers.
- Blair had never felt so alone. She had been living and planning such a luxury life of joy and peace when it was suddenly pulled up from under her feet. 
- One day while scrying the town for anyone to help her with the case, she spotted her half sister and an older canterwit conversing in lowered voices. Suspicious and somewhat curious, she "overheard" them talking about the case. Unsurprisingly, her sister was to bribe the judge as she apparently had "friends in high places." Filled with disgust and contempt she sped home to share the news. This meant she still had a chance.
- While finding away to uncover his crime, Blair received many threats from her, one of which was slightly more personal. She talked about being an outcast in the family and never inheriting anything or even any communication- she wanted Blair to feel the same way he did for many years. Though this didn't excuse her, Blair understood her pain. Because of her blood he had never been included in the family. Heck, she hadn't even known she existed.
- While waiting for the trial, Blair had dropped out of school and was losing most of her flowers from the stress of it. It was still to be a month before the court case, and though she had her plan to expose her sister somewhat sorted, the suspense was killing her. Her plan was not in the slightest set in stone, so one trip up and she would be homeless. Because of this fear, in the few months coming up to the trial she had been working herself half to death, taking whatever jobs and errands she could. Not having worked a day in her life before this meant that it was certainly twice as hard, and she often found that at the end of some days all her flowers had wilted. Her nanny and butler did what they could to care for her, but even their tender love and care was not enough to ease the weight on Blair's shoulders.
- Soon enough, the court day came and she had brought a governor with her to help expose her half sister. To everyone's surprise, halfway through the escalating court case, her half sister started to bawl. She was in such hysterics that it was impossible not for Blair's heart to ache with her. It was a few minutes until Blair was called out of the court room to speak with her. 
- Her sister professed her apologies, and that the past few months had been making her feel incredibly guilty, what with the threats and bribery. She explained that this wasn't her, and after her birth mother had left her to go off with another canter, all she had wanted was security. Blair was crying at this point too. They spent a few hours explaining things to eachother and even learning about one another. As it turned out, her sister was left nothing in the will, so she thought the best way to stay afloat was to scam it out of her living relatives. It wasn't long before Blair realised her sisters actions had not been great, but their intentions were something of well meaning. She had just wanted a family.
- The case was put aside, and Blair and her sister Addison agreed to live together in the house and share the inheritance. Addison was to run the cafe, and Blair was to go and study magic. After 2 years of stress and tears, it was finally over. 
- Blair studied magic for 3 years before coming into contact with her godmother. She had been travelling for 11 years but had finally come back to settle down with her husband. She had infact been hired as the new headmaster of Percheron's Magic Academy, and after seeking out and discovering her goddaughter's talent, she applied to have her be the deputy, with great success.
- It hasn't been too long since then, and now Blair is settling into her new job and building a strong relationship with her long lost half sister. She hopes to make new friends in the future, and climb even higher in the ranks of magic.
